LAMINATION – Gloss / Matt, Spot UV
Lamination is the process by which two or more layers of material can be combined by heat, pressure or adhesive etc. Some finishing provides a soft finish that is water resistant and complements vibrant colors.
VARNISH
Transparent liquid coating can be applied to printed surfaces to add gloss, matt, semi-gloss, satin, silky finishing and also can be applied to specific areas of a surface to emphasize and draw attention towards particular design.
SILK SCREENING
Silk screen printing is a stencil method of print making where a design is imposed on a screen of polyester ormesh, with blank areas coated with as impermeable substance and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface.
MULTI-LEVEL EMBOSSING AND DEBOSSING
Embossing is the rasing or pushing a desired image or shape up above paper. Devossing is the pressing or pushing the image below the level of paper.

Machinery cutting of desired shapes and images off paper, boards and other packaging materials.
HOT FOIL STAMPING
The application of gold / silver / metallic foil layer to material by a heating process.
WINDOW PATCHING
The application of clear plastic window to an irregular cut sharp by an adhesive to have a better view of the actual products inside the packaging.
FABRIC COVERING / LINING
The application of fabric or PU material to covering of lining cardboard boxes and book covers to add elegance and grandeur.
